- What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- What shipping methods do you use?
- We ship orders USPS First Class & First Class International within two - four business days {Monday - Friday} upon receipt of confirmed payment, using buyer's address listed with Paypal. Art and prints are placed in a protective sleeve with a sturdy acid-free backing, and mailed inside a stay-flat or bubble envelope. If you would like shipping upgrades please contact us. Cost differences will be paid by the customer and handled through Paypal.
- How long will it take for my order to reach me?
- Generally it takes within 2-5 days after mailing date to receive orders within the continental United Sates and up to 7-14 days for International orders. If for some reason we cannot get to the Post Office within two-four days time to send your order, we will dash you an email asap.
- My order arrived damaged or it didn't arrive at all. Now what do I do?
- Please contact us immediately {within 5 days} if an item arrives damaged due to mishandling in transit. We are both rather meticulous and do our best to package each item carefully and securely. Yet we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. But if this happens, contact us and we will try to work something out.
- I like something that is sold out. Will you make more?
- A central focus to The Collective is the significance of the handmade. We design and make the Cup & Saucer collections in small editions and appreciate the specialness of the individual items.
